For this project, our main objective was to enhance the structure of the digital platform and incorporate features that users were missing. Our challenge was determining how we could make meaningful changes to the platform while maintaining its current functionality and user base.
We conducted extensive research and analysis to identify the most effective ways to improve the platform and integrate the desired features, considering the needs and preferences of our target users. Ultimately, we successfully implemented the necessary changes and created a more user-friendly and inclusive platform.
With stiff competition, Uber Eats faces challenges in certain areas that affect the overall user experience. Common customer service complaints include a cluttered interface, difficulty accessing features in low-connectivity areas, a lack of real-time customer support, and insufficient options for providing detailed feedback on orders.
Conducted interviews with both heavy and light users of delivery applications to gain a broad understanding of user needs and preferences
Applied design thinking principles, including color theory, visual hierarchy, usability, and accessibility, to create a user-centered and effective digital platform.
Iterative testing and refinement of design solutions based on user feedback and usability testing results.
The emphasis on personal curiosity drove this project's exploration and development.
(This was all for fun!)
